The 14th edition of the GastroPan international trade show will take place from 17 to 19 March 2023 at the Lux Divina centre of Brașov, Romania. The event was once again a meeting point for professionals in the bakery, patisserie, confectionery, gelato-making, and chocolate-making sectors.
